The primary grades of Trinity Academy encompass 1st through 4th grades at the Father Walter J. Ciszek Education Center. The curriculum follows the guidelines of the Diocese of Allentown.
Core subjects of religion, reading, language arts, math, science, and social studies are taught in self-contained classrooms, however, if the subject matter lends to teaching across grade levels, the opportunity is taken. To complement the academic instruction, art, music, physical education, library, technology, and Religious Enrichment are taught by specialized teachers and volunteers.
The primary grades serve as a foundation for higher level learning. Students are encouraged to learn and discover the environment around them as well as receive teacher-directed instruction. Objectives include fostering independence, building confidence, and developing young minds to think and explore.
Some highlights of the school year include the Christmas Pageant, Catholic Schools Week, Race for Education, May Procession, and various field trips and assemblies.
